Are you nuts?  A Linux box, set up as per

http://ieee.uow.edu.au/~mjp16/wylug-netlinux

will do things much better, with less hardware costs, better
configurability, and it can do a hell of a lot more-  not to mention no
"simultaneous user" limits.

In the swerver line, nothing is easier and cheaper than Linux.
