 Dunnae mind the occasional banter, it`s enlightening and enternaining,

Yes, I run RedHat. Wooppee. That bloke over there runs Slackware. Some
other geezer runs SUSE.
If it works for you, it`s good. If it doesn`t, it ain`t.

 Right, I`ll ask again, since, once again every question I ask seems to
turn into a religious war.

 Right, now we`re up to 2.2.16 - security update.
 
I`m currently running my main box on 2.2.14-5.0 (a RedHat patched
version) with 3 RAID 0 partitions. (Other machine is on 2.2.12-20, and
staying that way).

 Can anyone enlighten me on the issues I might have to face in upgrading
from 2.2.14 to 2.2.16 and my RAID?

 Am I likely to have to do anything unbelievably arcane to my RAID setup
in conjunction with a kernel upgrade?
