No. That's what "stable" means.
In the stable series you are unlikely to run into compatibility
problems with functionality from one patchlevel to the next, but no
guarantees, of course. The point of having a stable series is to make
it sufficiently unlikely that you'll have to do anything arcane that
the only way to find out is to try it.
Only someone with experience with exactly the same configuration you
have would be able to guess.
