I found a neat utility in Webmin which allows you to sync the h/w clock & 
the Unix clock. Before running this I always had time probs with my m/b, 
despite the correct settings for timezone etc. That will ensure that h/w & 
s/w are in sync, so you can then set up Win knowing the h/w clock is right.
