Dear All

According to the news that I've just received from silicon.com the RIP
bill is due to go up to the House of Lords today.  It's due to go
through 229 amendments.  Perhaps another 71 might be found or
recommended ??

If you know of anyone in the House of Lords then you might be able to
find a way to spill beer or tea over their dress or suit before the
end of today ?
