No I do not want to dial up as root, I f I did I would not have a problem
cos I can, The thing is I an not allowed to dial up as user,"permision
denied". I want to change the permisions. But All permisions are ( as far as
I can tell )set for me as user to do what I like but I can not get wvdial to
let user in, so by changing rc config /permisions to "No" will I give "user"
too much power that is my question. Good ere init,,,
