I have used RedHat Linux for some years within the college where I work,
as file server to students on Networking course. I placed a Linux Web
server based on Mandrake 7.0 on IBM 333mhz pro with 32mb ram. It out
performed a duel 200mhz pro. with 64mb running NT IIS, they have know
invested in a new machine PIII with 500mb ram to run internal end
external web servers with Linux on.
Oh the Inland Rev. spent a lot of money on NT why!
