I've heard (dunno if its true) that BT may be blocking popular ports 
(incoming), http (port 80) being one of them, the intention being precisely 
to prevent people running servers and hence clogging up the network.

However as ADSL is meant to be always on - I can't see how it will be dynamic 
..? I guess it'll depend on the ISP in the long run, though Force9 are still 
trying to negotiate with BT to get static IP for surftime.
