you'd need to be using samba for that. From my /etc/smb.conf

# NOTE: If you have a BSD-style print system there is no need to 
# specifically define each individual printer
[printers]
   comment = All Printers
   path = /var/spool/samba
   browseable = no

IIRC Pcnfs requires some extra software on the PC.  It did when I set it
up last anyway.  Use samba and share the directory tree with samba then
Win98 thinks its just another windows share.

Some sort of DNS workaround perhaps, you let a DNS server know the IP you
are currently on and they promulgate it around their servers.  Just a
thought...
