Dear All

Those of you who like to use Debian might like to know that the
release manager has returned from holiday and the end of the test
cycle two has been reached.  We are now moving over to test cycle 3
and the news is that just now there are 40 bugs in RC2.  Compared with
how many in other manufacturers software ?

They aren't too sure whether there will be a finished release after
test cycle 3 but they hope that it does go that way.  If you want to
