I'm with F9/Plusnet at the mo, and generally speaking they're average :) I've 
used worst, and others only a little better, so I'm giving 'em the thumbs up 
for the time being.

As for Surftime, I'm not sure what the state of that is - I'm not subscribing 
to it until I can get static IP with it (I need this for a couple of servers 
I connect to). I think its better than it was a month or two back...I don't 
know if Sheffield exchanges have been adapted for sumrftime yet or not though.
