Have you tried ...
	ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/6.4/suse/zq1/

I'm assuming all the '.spm' files are actually <blah>-src.rpm :) If you just 
cd to the suse/ (ie ignore the zq1 at the end), the readme in there says zq1 
contains source packages.
