For as long as I can remember HSE regulations have ranted on about
"ambient room temperature"  That means 20 to 22C.  A fan may need to
be fitted to the wall ?  More usually air filters and air conditioning
are fitted.  At least, that's what did happen in all of the computery
places that I worked next to for the last twenty years :-)
