the recomended room temp range is 20-23 degC.
this is to ensure the cooling fans on PC's and processors are effective (sure
you realised this already) provided the room as a whole remains within this
range, the PC fans should (if designed correctly) provide the appropriate
cooling capacity for your PC's internals. so... room temp is one issue..... PC
cooling another.
if you want an idea of the cooling requirement (in KW) send me the room
dimensions (LxWxH) size of windows (specify N,S,E,W facing) ventilation (if
any) and number of PC's (and monitors if different) and number of people
expected to work full time in this room. (heck i'll even give you a price if
you want:-)
