[Sheflug] Partitioning.

 OK.

I`m in the process of mashing all my stuff into tarballs, and backing
everything up.

Since I`m going to be reinstalling my Redhat system again, I figure I should at
least get some suggestions on how to repartition everything into sensible
chunks, and where to move data to once everything is in place.

I have buckets of storage, but a lot goes to waste.

I have 23.6Gb as one 13.6Gb Maxtor on one (EIDE) controller, and a 10Gb Maxtor
on the other controller with my DVD.

 I have ~3Gb of mp3s, currently stored in /usr/local/music - should I move
these?
I have a stack of rpms and tars, incase I need to reinstall anything. Currently
dumped them all in /home/baz/rpm and /home/baz/tar - maybe move to /root?
I`ve also got several 100Mb of my photos as TIFFs and JPEGS.

I want two swap spaces, totalling 400Mb or more (needed for Oracle), shared
equally between the drives.

 I`d like to have /, /boot, /usr and /home partitions separate as a minimium.

How should I set all this up?

 Baz.
