[Sheflug] Installing packages

Help, please!

I can successfully install extra packages from the SuSE6.4 disks using YAST,
but can't install extra packages from other CDROMS (Linux format cover disks)
using it.

If I go to "Chose/Install Packages", the Source Medium is greyed out, so I have
found that I have to insert the SuSE Disk1, go to "Adjustments of installation"
and select the CDROM from the "Select Installation Medium" there. If I then
go to to "Chose/Install Packages" the only way I can remove the SuSE CD is to
unmount it. Inserting the new CD, remounting, and selecting "Source Medium" just
gives me the message "The source medium does not contain any patches". Source:
at the top of the window, reverts to NONE.

After reading the manual so many times that I almost know this bit off by
heart, I thought that Chose/Install Packages was the way to install new
packages with YAST.

I am obviously doing somethng very wrong.

Any ideas, please?

Many thanks

Keith
