Usually, 'ln -s /etc/rc.d/init.d/named /etc/rc.d/rc3.d/S20named', or
something similar, depending on which runlevels you want it active and when
you want it to start & stop. If you're using a cunning distribution,
rc.local often gets overwritten by 'things', IIRC.
