A PCI SB card should be just fine (I understand the concept of a memory
hole is purely for ISA).
Even the SBlive (with all it's dinky gadgets) works OK.
Cards with crystal, c-media, ad1848 and variants all work. I would
reccomend something fairly common that doesn't have too many
"prosumer" features. And avoid ISA like the plague.
