OK, axlib is not the one... That one is for packet radio, if
memory serves. However, if you use rpm directly, you can query installed
packages for files, and hence look for xlib.h. In debian, the packages
that installs this file is some xlib-dev package.
But before you try specifying any of the paths to search for
that header file, make sure the file is installed!

In plain words: you need to install a package with the header
file. I haven't got Suse, but someone might be able to tell you what
package you need. Take my debian suggestion as a hint :)
