There isn't one; PCMCIA is not yet part of any stable kernel (2.4.0
isn't stable yet, and the PCMCIA support is incomplete, anyway).

Install Debian and use kernel-package if you want this automated;
AFAIK on all other distros you must make the PCMCIA modules separately
by hand.

So there, all you Dabbling Detractors of Debian.  :-)
