Oops, I had written a lot more and then thought better of it, but I
also edited out what you really needed to know.

Get the pcmcia-cs source distribution (there should be a .src.rpm, I
think the home site has moved from hyper.stanford.edu recently but I
don't recall offhand, try there and at SourceForge if there's not a
more convenient URL).  Install it somewhere convenient, and make sure
your kernel tree and running kernel correspond to each other.  Then
build the modules.

It is not (usually) necessary to rebuild the PCMCIA utilities (like
cardmgr), but it doesn't hurt.  (Debian also makes this quite
painless. :)
