[Sheflug] KDE2 and Qt 2.2

Try putting Qt 2.2 in its own library directory (eg, as
/usr/local/lib/Qt2.2/libqt*) and running KDE 1.94 with
LD_PRELOAD='<space separated list of full paths to Qt 2.2 libs>' in
its environment.

You can also play games with LD_LIBRARY_PATH but that can be hairier.
