Depends what you mean by "support". Full support (including OpenGL in
hardware) is available in recent XFree86 (4.0.1d).
2D support (rather basic) should be in also.
For more info look at www.xfree86.org (2D) and dri.sourceforge.net (3D).

SuSE have been known to tinker with XFree though...
