IGMP is like ICMP but for multicast. Not sure exactly what this is, but
basically multicast broadcasts information to help it build a broadcast
tree depending on the routing protocol and lot's of other fun stuff.
So that machine is running IGMP and trying to find out if your machine is
a multicast machine. TBH I've never actually seen multicast "in the
wild" outside of LANs.
