Feel free to install other editors...but as I said - learning vi is good for 
the health. Especially if you plan to work with UNIX...you'd be daft not to.

Nowt wrong with OpenBSD ... why would you want to do a silly thing like this? 
*grin* OpenBSD has sound anyway; been playing CD's and MP3's when I had Open 
on my machine...only reason I didn't do more is openbsd does'nt have an XMMS 
port (which is important for me :). FreeBSD does but its 30% CPU [BSD] vs. 8% 
CPU [linux]. Once FreeBSD's threading improves, I'll probably switch; some 
things run a lot faster (exmh - my mail program - for starters...which runs 
like greased lightening with large attachments under BSD).
