Fairy nuff ... only wish I had summat useful to do with OpenBSD as it seems a 
very very solid UNIX. All BSD's do actually. Dunno why; there isn't a huge 
difference between them and UNIX, but there's summat about the look and feel 
that well, seems more solid :)

Most people have given the basics, I've not read them though :) If you 
remmeber that there are two modes for vi; command mode and edit mode; you'll 
be okay :) On some UNIX boxen (or iffy telnet clients, a la windows) you 
can't move around the file you're editing with the cursor keys, having to use 
h,j,k and l instead - which makes it a pain to some extent as you have to 
flip between command and edit regularly...but its summat you get used to.

And in the end you can't beat just going <ESC>:%!!sort to filter the file 
through sort ... (great when you're playing with temporary files when trying 
to do summat complex).

Vi's great :)
