Mmm, maybe. Although, when web pages start talking about can?t, it?s,
didn?t, etc., I don?t generally blame my browser, it could be a problem
elsewhere ;) I would be surprised if Pine didn't support all the correct
encodings, "correct" equating to US-ASCII, UTF-8, UTF, etc., and "wrong"
equating to things starting with "Windows-", etc...
