Look in the tools menu. There's read mail (VM and (MH). I've never had
much luck figuring them out though. MH uses an MH format mailbox which is
a bit tedious too. VM looks a lot nicer, but I haven't really got to grips
with it. I think Gnus might do mail, but I've never used it.

I haven't found anything explicit (a menu that says "GPG Users Click
Here") but as emacs is used for the composition of messages it should be
fairly simple to write an elisp script to do it from which one can deduce
that someone probably already has. :)
I would be interested to hear Stephen's thoughts on xemacs mail progs
and which to choose too...
