Oxymoron alert.

"looks like something out of MS Office" == "Tony Blair press release"?

Nothing wrong with that; the PM does need all the press he can get.
But in my circles, "nice" or "finished" ==> no one would believe you
wrote it with MS Office.  My colleagues mostly _use_ MS Office, but
they _envy_ LaTeX.
