 I've not idea what ioctls to be honest, but I'm running 2.4.0-test11 (I've 
all
test kernels from about test-7 with a load of -pre's too) and I've not had 
many
problems (except the VM system!). I'm running glibc 2.2 (installed RedHat 
RPM).
