I would guess that 400Mhz would be about average, given that 500Mhz+ has
only been around for about 18 months. There are still large numbers of
Pentium 166 (and lower) in use in businesses - I know of a large office
which recently had almost all it's Pentium 60 & 75 pcs replaced just 3
weeks ago. Most of the PCs at a VERY large consultancy in Rotherham are
Pentium 233s or less, and that's a lot of pcs.
