Guess. They probably are not up to dat ewith current kernel intefaces.

But if it isn't in the main tree, why not?
The whole idea of open source is you contribute your changes. Linus isn't
a search engine that automatically finds new drivers. If they aren't
submitted there is NO guarantee they will work. And chances are the
2.4.0-test kernel will be the latest version.
