Most enlightenment themes have been ported to Sawmill. And TBH I can cope
with John Harper, but not Carsten...

Ugh. CDE ripoff. xfce is nice (a lot nicer than CDE in many ways) but that
toolbar is just a nonsensical bit of CDE.
kwm with the default theme from KDE2 is quite sweet, I'm becoming a
convert. :)
