I had a go with this a few weeks ago and really messed up.  Tried to
work out how to get it to go with my SuSE 6.4 desktop.  This was after
a Monday night session over in Leeds with WYlug who gave me a quick
demo.  Also the explanation that you have to set up your box as an
IMAP server to get it to work.

Finally I subscribed to the Evolution list to see if they could help. 
No, they couldn't.  More than one brain cell is required when
considering installation :)  A difficult concept for born and bred
Sheffielders to even contemplate never mind try to solve as a
configuration problem :)
