It is not the job of an MTA to mess with content - the MTA can
scribble
on the envelope and add headers, but the content is someone elses
problem.

Not with sendmail, please!
It *can* be done with exim, but I consider it a mark of someone
trying
to fix a social problem with a bad technical patch and doomed to
failure. BTW in parts of the EU - NL in particular - and potentially
if you are sending messages to those parts of the EU - it is a
*criminal* offence for message content to be tampered with by the
transport - and potentially that could translate to the UK (which is
probably a good thing IMHO).
MTA body modification - Just Say No!
