I was looking at it with IE5.5 at work - I've not tried anything else - I was 
more concerned about the "doability" of it. As the end application isn't for 
public consumption, being able to put constraints on the browser *may* be 
okay, but that's not my decision, that's for those above me. Netscape 
apparently has a <LAYER> tag that may be able to do something vaugely 
similar, but I've not read about it (not having netscape on the box).

Typical netscape, but NS4 is a number of years old now...is Mozilla like this 
as well, do you know? Or if its just netscape, does it cover netscape through 
to those based on mozilla?
