"2 years industry experience" is the typical requirement, possibly on top
of 2:1 level degree.
THat's at the places that usually recruit through agencies. Basically
websites and agencies are going to be very little help actually getting an
interview if you have no experience. Find somewhere that actually has an
HR department you can talk to.

Unfortunately a lot of agencies/websites will discount your application
out of hand if you don't come up to spec, and a lot of companies use
agencies these days.
