Print it out. Put it on a stand. Start typing, eg:
\ d o c u m e n t s t y l e { a r t i c l e }
etc etc etc. into your favorite wordprocessor.
PDF should never be allowed to escape from publishers' internal
systems in my opinion, except for original works of art where exact
reproduction and extreme difficulty of third parties creating modified
versions are both extremely valuable.
For almost all modern IT purposes (with the exception of attempts to
avoid the anti-monopoly laws) both of those characteristics are bugs.
