[Sheflug] NFS - getattr fails...

Hi there

I am quite new to networking, read (the NFS part) of the NAG, now trying
to export a directory on one machine and mount it on another. This is what
I am getting: (I checked former deja currently google)
root@host1:/home/user > rpc.nfsd -F -d call -d auth -l
nfsd[1804] 02/22/101 22:32 auth_forward_lookup(host2alias) host2.domain
nfsd[1804] 02/22/101 22:32 auth_forward_lookup(host2alias) host2.domain
nfsd[1804] 02/22/101 22:32 clnt host2.domain exports:
nfsd[1804] 02/22/101 22:32 path_to_export

nfsd[1804] 02/22/101 22:32 auth_path(path_to_export): mount
point path_to_export, (root_squash secure rw)
nfsd[1804] 02/22/101 22:32
getattr(path_to_export): failed! errno=13
nfsd[1804] 02/22/101 22:32 result: 13

point path_to_export, (root_squash secure rw)
mountd[1805] 02/22/101 22:32 path_to_export has been mounted
by <host2_IP>
mountd[1805] 02/22/101 22:32 mount res = 0

On host2:

user@host2:~ > mount path_to_mount
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on
host1:path_to_export, or too many mounted file systems

/etc/exports:
<path_to_export> host2

/etc/fstab:
host1:/<path_to_export>	<path_to_mount>	nfs	noauto,user,timeo=14,intr

Thanks
