Yes, I have.  And yes, you have to have windows running
for the engineers to sign the job off as completed.  They
will know very little about it but that shouldn't matter.

I have been charged once and independently billed twice
more for my first month, so beware.  They took the money
from my credit card, sent me a form to fill in with a
bankers' order on it and sent me a demand for payment through
the post.  They are also planning to install the modem even
though they have already done so.
