If there was more emphasis on user education rather than trouble shooting
there wouldn't be so many problems. The engineers install your kit and
then say "Behave, don't break it. If you do, ring this number.". How about
they print a little bit of a manual so people actually have something to
refer to...
Most of what support know could be written on the back of a postage stamp
after all. :)
