Is it actually classed as rented though? I admit I didn't think of 
leccy/gas/water, but they just seemed sensible or logical else how would you 
be chartged (though with water, not everyone has a meter so your charged a 
fixed fee -- I can't comment on if this is a good thing or no as I don't have 
any information/stats etc... to refer to myself).

*guilty* I've got a radio or two back with the folks that I dismanteled years
