I did say apache :-)
I dont normally use it to view documentation. so it isnt running all, or
even most of the time.
infact, most of what you say is my point. there are many reasons to run
such things, other than providing the service to the public.
and an agreement that says no servers, is more restrictive than may be
immediately apparent. of course. I doubt people stick to such agreements
anyway.....
