Set it to "No" for Linux.

it should always be set to "Yes"

Theres nowt like conflicting advise is there? What I have found is to leave it
set to yes, and if something (sound, etc) fails miserably, set it to no and
test then. "Yes" is good as it doesn't poke around too much, and lets you do
what you want with isapnp etc.
