[Sheflug] Debian rocks :-)
Hi all,
Just a few questions, plus a lot of I love apt comments :-)
I've just installed Debian onto my fileserver - there's a lot less
config to deal with Debian running as a server, than an X-running
workstation.
Updating then finding and fetching squid and nfs-server via
apt-cache/apt-get was a treat.
I just need to poke around a familarize myself with the boot scripts
and so on now.
Under 150Mb for a default install, without X.
BTW, what are the runlevels under a Debian system? (i.e. RH: 1=single,
3=network, no X, 5=X+network, 6=reboot, 0=halt)
Cheers.
Baz.
