Yes, its the government Gateway (provided by Microsnot, if you hadn't
guessed)

Basically it uses .NET, and at this time only Windows/IE combinations
work. Not even Mac! It says on the blurb on the site, as accessed with
Mozilla 0.81, that they are 'working to  make it accessible to all' at the
same time as using stuff that only MS proprietary browsers support. Nice.

According to the site, the minimum to run is IE4.01 or Netscape 4.08 or
higher, with Java and Javascript enabled and 128 bit encryption
installed. I have exactly that in my Netscape 4.76 install, and it still
don't work!

Something screwy going on here...
