[Sheflug] root-tail as user

Hello everyone,

Tried messing around with root-tail earlier, but hit a snag.  According to
Linux Magazine I give myself root rights with root-tail with (as root)...

root-tail /usr/X11R6/bin/root-tail kellyh

However, "kellyh: No such file or directory" is the response.  I'm running
SuSE 7.1 if that has fanything to do with it.
