 I referenced the squidauth in 

authenticate_program /usr/sbin/squidauth

My typing error in previous post I had put in squid.conf
http_access allow test

????

Could it be a problem with access rights to squiduser or squidauth ????

Ours says http_access allow <aclname>

Perhaps this is your problem?
