	Not much detail, but what do you mean "radio" or "tape"? Is this
through a radio card you mean? At any rate, the CD is connected to the
soundcard by an analogue link (i.e., analogue signals going down a piece
of wire). Make sure your CD is connected (spent about 4 months without
being able to play me CDs because of this). Mine tends to fall off
rather too often. On the other hand, make sure that the mixer setting
for the CD player is set-up to be heard. Use aumix or something like
that. My card has got a CD line that controls this

	I think you get something like alsamix or something to set up
the mixer.
