May I suggest that the first thing to do would be to investigate more 
closely the cause of the breaker tripping.

Unless the breaker itself is faulty (which is rare) it is doing its job.

With regard to the individual circuit: 
The circuit protection will have been provided based on the likely loading 
on the circuit, taking into account the cable size used.
Susbtitution of a protective device which operates at a higher current 
may simply turn a situation which is a nuisance (constant tripping) into 
one which is positively life threatening.

I urge caution, consult an electrician rather than risk damage to 
equipment, or even your home.I've seen the results of not doing so!
